Robbery and homicide suspect falls in anti-drug sting in Tungawan town

A man, wanted for robbery and homicide, has fallen in an anti-drug operation in Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay on Thursday.

The provincial office of theΒ Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) has identified the arrested suspect Mohammad Maule.

Operatives from PDEA, supported by the local police, have arrested the suspect in a buy-bust operation in Baluran village at around 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.

Maule had in his possession some P272,000 worth of shabu and the marked money used in the buy-bust.

The police said the suspect has a standing warrant of arrest for robbery and homicide.
