COTABATO CITY (Nov.24) – Authorities seized P6.8 million worth of shabu from a couple who fell in an entrapment…
The couple are facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165, also known as the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, according to Rodriguez.
Police operatives have arrested Saripada and his spouse after selling a kilo of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) to non-uniformed police agents in a tradeoff in Wao town in Lanao del Sur.
Lanao del Sur is a component province of the Bangsamoro region.
Rodruguez said the operation that resulted in the arrest of the suspects was laid with the help of vigilant Wao residents privy to their drug trafficking activities.
